Electric Car Chargers UK Ltd have been awarded the contract to install, maintain and operate the charging infrastructure for International Motors.
Electric Car Chargers UK Ltd (ECC UK) are proud to announce that we have been awarded the contract to provide a complete turnkey charging solution for IM Group (International Motors) that will result in 80 charging points being installed and maintained at 3 sites across the UK.
IM Group are a leading automotive business who operate in the UK and across Europe, supporting the sale and distribution of car and truck brands such as Subaru and Isuzu.
IM Group are preparing for the launch of the new Subaru Solterra, which will be the first Subaru full electric model that is packed full of exciting features and will take the EV market by storm! IM Group require charging points at their port in Sheerness, which can stock up to 50,000 vehicles at any given time, as well as their technical facilities inWest Bromwich and Head Office in Solihull.
IM Group will be enjoyed the benefit of the OZEV (Office for Zero Emission Vehicles) grant funding, which will contribute £40,00 towards the cost of the supply and installation and these charging points will be linked to our software, Monta App. The software will enable IM Group to attribute charging costs to internal cost centres and provides full visibility for ECC UK to ensure they are operational under the service and maintenance contract.
In addition to the preparations IM Group are making for their own business, ECC UK are also supporting the dealer network to ensure they are fully ready to adopt the Subaru Solterra and demonstrate to customers embarking on electric driving for the first time, how easy it is to charge.
