Load management comes first

Most depots don’t have the spare grid capacity for every vehicle to charge at full power at once. We survey your supply, then use smart load management so chargers share the available power and every vehicle is ready for the morning.

Where a supply upgrade is needed, we scope it with your network operator early so it doesn’t hold up your fleet changeover.

How a fleet project runs

Site survey and supply check. We look at your parking layout, vehicle duty cycles and available power.
Design and quote. Charger numbers and power, cable routes, any groundworks, and a fixed price.
Installation and commissioning. Phased around your operation so vehicles keep moving.
Back office and reporting. Driver access, RFID cards and usage by vehicle or driver.
Aftercare. Bespoke maintenance plans and repair callouts through our EV charger maintenance team.

Funding after March 2027

The Workplace Charging Scheme closes on 31 March 2027. If you want to use the grant before then, see our WCS deadline guide.

After that, fleet charging pays for itself on running costs: electricity per mile costs far less than diesel, and company car tax for electric vehicles stays well below petrol and diesel. Ask your accountant which capital allowances apply. Our payback calculator gives a quick estimate.
