Why chargers stop working

Most faults come down to a few causes: lost connectivity, outdated firmware, worn cables and connectors, tripped protection devices, and back office accounts that have lapsed.

Many grant funded chargers installed since 2019 are now out of warranty. Regular servicing finds problems before your staff, visitors or customers do.

Bespoke maintenance plans

Every site is different, so we build a maintenance plan around yours: the number and type of chargers, how heavily they are used and the response times you need. Plans include scheduled visits, testing and a written report for every charger, with priority repair callouts, and are priced for your site requirements.

Moving your back office

If your chargers are tied to a platform that is closing, charging too much or not giving you the reporting you need, we can move compatible units to a new back office and set up pricing, driver access and reporting. We check compatibility first, so there are no surprises.
