Electric Car Chargers UK Ltd (ECC UK) are proud to announce that we are working in partnership with Dartmouth based businesses; The Holland Group who own a number of businesses and car parks in Dartmouth, and EV Consulting, a specialist consultancy company helping businesses and communities switch their fleets to electric.
Dartmouth is a idyllic and historic town situated on the banks of the picturesque River Dart. Whilst Dartmouth itself has only a population of around 7,000 people, the town attracts over 300,000 visitors each year and in the absence of public charging points, this presents a problem for visitors looking to charge their electric vehicles.
The Holland Group are making plans to install a range of fast and rapid electric vehicle chargers across the town to provide local residents without off road parking, businesses looking to switch their fleets and of course visitors to the town with a range of charging points to suit their needs.
Electric Car Chargers UK have engaged with Western Power Distribution to enable power to car parks owned and operated by The Holland Group. This will future proof the charging provisions and allow The Holland Group to grow the charging points and the demand in the local area increases.
The charging points will be installed, maintained and operated by Electric Car Chargers, using Monta App as the software provider. Monta are a ‘roaming’ enabled software provider which allows its members to activate charging sessions on other networks such as Osprey and Ionity, making them an ideal solution for EV drivers and businesses with electric fleets.
